ICC has gone to great lengths to enforce, adapt, normilise and standardise its working processes. Since the start of 2004, the certification of the ISO 9001 2000, has given us the means and working prractices to provide our clients with a trustworthy service.

The form, methodolgy and controls that ICC have developed for carrying out services is one of the main characteristics of the corperate body. And thus, it is not recognized by our clients, through the periodic surveys that we carry out to evaluate our own work.

However, to standardise the work practices leads to the final product being that of homogenic quality. ICC offers services to the media, completely personised. Giving us a profound knowledge of the client straight from the first meeting.

From this, ICC is able to reflect and get a good picture and understanding of our clients, their actual situation and expectations in the eshort, medium and long term. It is at that point that ICC shows its clients all their possibilities, new ideas, solutions and tools for the bettering and sucess of a company.

When ICC puts into practice its services for clients, it is always done so with, precision, on the processes and performances involved. When each phase is complete, ICC eveluates its work with the cooperation of the client. Reccomendations for the future can also be made.
